After more than a year of development, SelfTute has a unique understanding of how and when to deliver specific questions to students, based off of their ability with the given subject. The way SelfTute works, is that our smart program analyses each question answered by a student, and subsequently logs this data in a database. Then, when the student proceeds to answer the same questions again, the system analyses what topic they are in, and how well they have performed in this quiz over the last few tries (right down to the specific very question). Following a search of this data, the application delivers a set of questions on the chosen topic, tailored to the current needs of the student, after analysing strenghs and weaknesses.

The thing with SelfTute is, unlike many other online revision programs, it is specifically built considering portability. For example, the team here at SelfTute believes that revision should not be something to steer away from or to subconconsciously want to skip. This is why with our application, we believe that the idea of using it as an easy form of revision allows the user to become more familiar with it and more easily incorporate it into their daily routine.

We suggest that as well as using our platform within sat down revision sessions at home, SelfTute should also be used on the go. For example, it could be used on the bus to school as a form of preperation for the day to come; it could be used on the journey home from school, as a quick way to recap what's just been learned; it can be used whilst walking outside, to quickly refresh your memory; and the list goes on...

SelfTute bills automatically each month, and does not have any fixed contract. This means that for any reason should you wish to cancel our service, you can do so at any time and end renewal at the end of your monthly period.

As well as providing a learning platform for students, SelfTute also provides a vast platform for teachers. Teachers are able to analyse students' progress for each subject, utilising information in tables and graphs.

Teachers can also set homework tasks for students which can be text based, ie. providing a message with instructions, or can also be a SelfTute task for them to complete.

Students can navigate to the statistics page of the SelfTute app in order to see a number of different figures, such as their current overall accuracy, and weekly progress. Students can also see individual accuracies and progress bars for each subject, section, and topic in the topics page!
